Hydralon has brought many years of experience in industrial paint finishing from its un it in Poole to its Southampton site, providing extra capacity, flexibility and operating under its Quality Management System.

As with all coating processes, surface preparation is the key to good adhesion.

Grit blasting is carried out to ISO 8501-1 compliance with paint manufacturers recommend actions and Certificate of Conformance issued.

We use a range of industrial paint finishes and specialise in high temperature paint application.

Typical coatings are:-

Heavy duty single coat zinc silicate primers.
Tough corrosion resistant fine rich epoxies.
Self priming epoxies for marine and industrial environments.
Isocyanate - free acrylic epoxy top coats suitable for off shore, chemical plants and marine equipment.
High temperature resistant silicone acrylics (204ºC).
High temperature resistant silicone coating (400ºC - 538ºC depending on substrate) suitable for high temperature process plant.
